General Functionality and Stability Test Procedure

This is the exploratory portion of the Certified for Microsoft Windows 2000 testing protocol that I designed back when Windows 2000 was introduced. I am proud of this work. It was the first explicitly exploratory testing process that was documented and formalized in the software industry, as far as I know. It was certainly the highest profile such effort. Notice that the process consists of a set of tasks, each of which can be done in parallel with the other tasks, and each of which can be completed incrementally. It is a process design that achieves accountability without curtailing freedom in any important way.
