Good Practice Hunting
This is probably the first article ever written about Context-Driven Testing. While writing this article Cem Kaner and I were in the midst of arguing about whether it was reasonable to say that "best practices" are bunk and that no one should be calling their favorite practice "best." Later that same year (1999), in November, we declared the existence of the Context-Driven School. In 2001 we asserted in our manifesto that there are no best practices.
